About Me

Surabhi holds a Master’s Degree in yoga and is certified by the International Association of Yoga Therapists.

She began her practise at the BKS Iyengar Yogashraya, Mumbai, and is trained in teaching the Shivananda style of yoga. She completed an intensive 300-hour teacher training in the Vinyasa style with the internationally acclaimed Jivamukti Yoga as well.

She has more than 5 years of experience working with a broad spectrum of musculoskeletal, endocrinal, psychiatric and other health conditions.

She went on to complete a yearlong observership with endocrinology, orthopaedic, gynaecology, general medicine, dermatology, psychiatry, neurology, physiotherapy and ayurveda departments giving her a unique understanding of disease process and integrated cure through yoga therapy. Her focus is on integrating holistic yogic wisdom with contemporary medical therapy.
